1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through dogfluence.com ("Dogfluence", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Dogfluence is operated from the Netherlands.

2. Products

We offer custom AI-generated Renaissance-style pet portraits, available as printed products (framed or unframed) and as digital downloads. All prints are produced on museum-quality paper with fade-resistant ink.

Because every portrait is generated and produced on demand, each order is unique. The AI-generated preview shown before purchase is representative of the final result but may differ slightly in detail.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are binding once payment is confirmed. We accept iDEAL, credit card, and Bancontact via our secure payment provider. All prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion (e.g. inappropriate content in uploaded photos).

4. Delivery

Orders are produced and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Belgium: 2–3 business days

Shipping is free for all print orders to the Netherlands and Belgium. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our portraits are personalised products made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a production error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Digital Downloads

Digital files are delivered by email within minutes of payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, digital purchases are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

7. Uploaded Photos & Intellectual Property

By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it. You grant Dogfluence a limited licence to process the photo for the sole purpose of generating your portrait. We do not share your uploaded photos with third parties, and we do not use them for advertising without your explicit consent.

The generated portrait artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only. Dogfluence retains the right to display anonymised portrait examples on its website and social media.

8. Liability

Dogfluence is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
